LOLO PASS – A 58-year-old Sherwood Park, Alberta man was transported to a Montana hospital after he crashed his motorcycle on US 12 yesterday afternoon. According to the Idaho State Police, the collision happened at 3:13 p.m. at milepost 170 in Idaho County. That is about four miles from the Idaho-Montana border.
The man was traveling eastbound on US 12 when he lost control while crossing a bridge.
“The motorcycle rolled and the rider was thrown from the bike,” ISP says.
The rider was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. This incident remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
