Officials at Little Goose Lock and Dam are closing dam crossings to the public from August 7 through August 9 to perform maintenance on a transformer. The work requires the use of heavy equipment that will impede traffic.
Normal crossing hours are once an hour, on the half-hour, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Snake River public dam crossings are also available at Lower Granite Lock and Dam and Lower Monumental Lock and Dam.
