The Lewiston Babe Ruth All-Stars saw their season come to an end yesterday (Tue) at the Babe Ruth softball World Series in Florida, falling to JPRD-Westbank of Louisiana 10-7.
Kirsten Phillips homered and Kierra Nielson added a double for Lewiston in the loss.
Lewiston finished in fourth place and earned the sportsmanship award for the Series.
Individually, Paytland Schnell was named to the All-World Series team and Ashland Schnell was named to the World Series’ all-defensive team.
