KAMIAH, ID – A 46-year-old Kamiah woman was arrested yesterday evening after Idaho County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of a domestic violence incident in progress in the Pineridge area outside of Kamiah. On July 9, 2023, around 6:00 PM, Idaho County Dispatch took a call of a domestic in progress in the Pineridge area outside of Kamiah.
When the Idaho County Deputy arrived shortly after 6:00 p.m., he attempted to speak with both parties involved. One of the parties involved would not cooperate and was subsequently arrested.
Carrie Hansen was taken into custody on two felony counts of battery on an officer and cited for misdemeanor resisting and obstructing and misdemeanor disturbing the peace.
