KOOSKIA, ID – A 40-year-old Lewiston man was arrested on drug charges after an Idaho County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped to assist him with vehicle problems. At around 11:oo p.m. last night, the deputy was on routine patrol in the City of Kooskia. Earlier in the day, he had spoken to James Alldrin who was pulling an unregistered trailer with a gold Chevrolet pickup.

“The vehicle passed the deputy, and then he heard a loud bang and a rattle, which he believed to be a driveline dropping and hitting the pavement. The deputy stopped to assist the man. While deputies were assisting him, K9 Millie arrived and alerted on the vehicle,” the Sheriff’s Office says in a press release.

Alldrin was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony destruction of evidence, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
