The Lewiston Independent School District has announced Amy Arlint as the new principal at Whitman Elementary School beginning in the 2023-2024 school year.
According to a press release, Arlint, currently a fourth-grade teacher at McGhee Elementary, has been a strong lead teacher in the school district. She has taught for 21 years, 11 of which have been in the Lewiston School District, including time at Whitman.
Her experience includes teaching grades Kindergarten-4th grade and Special Education.
