
The Lewiston High baseball team jumped out to a 2-0 lead early, but were outscored 6-0 over the final five innings in falling to Lake City 6-2 in the District Championship game yesterday (Wed) in Coeur d’Alene.
Elliott Taylor led the Bengals with two hits and Guy Krasselt pitched a complete game for Lewiston. He allowed six runs on 10 hits while striking out two.
The Bengals are back in action today (Thur) when they play an elimination road game at Coeur d’Alene against the Vikings.
