Court to Livestream Verdict in State v. Vallow-Daybell

BOISE, ID – The reading of the jury’s verdict in State v. Vallow will be live-streamed to the public, according to a pair of orders filed in the case today. Judge Steven Boyce approved a request from media outlets to broadcast the verdict in the Lori Vallow Daybell murder trial because of the increased public interest in the case. Access to the live-stream will be provided through Judge Boyce’s YouTube page.

Today marks the 20th day of testimony in the trial for Daybell who is charged with murder, conspiracy, and grand theft in the deaths of her two children, 16-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old JJ Vallow. She is also charged with conspiracy in connection with the death of Tammy Daybell, her new husband’s previous wife. Chad Daybell is charged with murder for the same three deaths.

The children’s remains were found on June 9, 2020. They had been buried in shallow graves in Daybell’s backyard in Rexburg. They were last seen alive in September 2019.
