RIGGINS, ID – With the assistance of K9 Millie, Idaho County Sheriff’s deputies made three separate felony arrests over the past weekend while they were on patrol in the Riggins area for the annual Riggins Rodeo.
On May 5, 2023, at approximately 5:50 PM, the Idaho State Police made a traffic stop on Highway 95 near milepost 202, just north of Riggins. During the traffic stop, K9 Millie was deployed and alerted on the vehicle.
Elizabeth Hardt, age 57, of Grangeville, Idaho was arrested for a felony warrant out of Nez Perce County and felony possession of methamphetamine.

On May 5, 2023, at approximately 8:10 PM, Idaho County deputies made a traffic stop on the Big Salmon Road outside of Riggins for a routine violation. K9 Millie was deployed and alerted on the vehicle.
Nicolas Morales, age 23, of Boise, Idaho was arrested for felony possession of fentanyl.

On May 5, 2023, at approximately 10:05 PM, Idaho County deputies made a traffic stop on the Big Salmon Road outside of Riggins for a routine violation. K9 Millie was deployed and alerted on the vehicle.
Charles Hurt, age 36, of Caldwell, Idaho was arrested for felony possession of cocaine.
