LEWISTON, ID – Friday is the last day applications for mail-out absentee ballots may be received by the Nez Perce County Clerk for the May 16 City of Lewiston Election. The election will decide whether to increase Avista’s Corporation Franchise Fee to 3% or keep it at 1%.
All applications must be received by the Auditor’s Office no later than 5:00 p.m.
Voters who are unable to go to the polls on Election Day can vote early through Friday, May 12 at the Auditor/Recorder’s office, located inside the Nez Perce County Courthouse at 1230 Main Street in Lewiston.
