Yanni Goude’s overtime goal was the game winner as the Seattle Kraken opened the second round of the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs with a 5-4 win over the Dallas Stars last (Wed) night in Dallas.
The Stars had scored two goals in the 3rd period before Gourde put the game away in the extra frame.
The Kraken take a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.
The series resumes tomorrow (Thur) night in Dallas at 6:30 p.m. with coverage on TNT.
