GRANGEVILLE, ID – A 38-year-old Federal Way, Washington man was arrested on multiple drug charges last night after he was reportedly caught speeding north of Grangeville. According to the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, Arthur Malkov was pulled over at approximately 9:40 p.m. on US 95 near milepost 247.
“Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding, doing approximately 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. The vehicle accelerated to 104 mph before stopping for deputies,” a press release says.
Malkov was arrested for felony possession of fentanyl, felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, and misdemeanor reckless driving.
