HARPSTER, ID – A 42-year-old Clearwater man was arrested on multiple charges Friday morning. According to the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were on routine patrol on Highway 13 in Harpster at around 11:15 a.m. when they stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. After an investigation, they determined the driver had allegedly been drinking.
Keegan Kosanke was arrested for felony driving under the influence of alcohol and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of a concealed firearm while under the influence of alcohol.
