Trespassing Call in Kooskia Results in Arrests of Clarkston & Pullman Men

KOOSKIA, ID – A call for a trespassing case at the CFI Mill in Kooskia yesterday morning resulted in the arrest of two men. According to a press release from the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched at around 8:50 a.m. and located the men, 48-year-old John Eller of Clarkston and 45-year-old David Johnson of Pullman. Both reportedly had valid warrants out of Nez Perce County.
“A search incident to arrest yielded methamphetamine, marijuana, and several items of paraphernalia,” officials say.
Eller was arrested on felony possession of methamphetamine, felony malicious injury to property, a misdemeanor Nez Perce County warrant, misdemeanor trespassing, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
Johnson was arrested on felony possession of methamphetamine, felony malicious injury to property, misdemeanor Nez Perce County warrant, misdemeanor trespassing, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
