A two-vehicle collision resulted in minor injuries Sunday afternoon along U.S. Highway 95 north of Potlatch.
Idaho State Police responded at around 3:45 p.m. to a report of a collision near milepost 370 on the border of Latah and Benewah counties.
According to a news release, a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu was traveling southbound, in the left lane, in front of a 2002 Hyundai Elantra. The Chevrolet slowed with traffic. The Hyundai failed to slow, swerved to the left, and collided with the rear, driver’s side corner of the Chevrolet. All occupants, who were wearing seatbelts in both vehicles, were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The investigation is still ongoing.
