OLYMPIA, WA – County unemployment rates and employment data for December 2022 are now available online. Washington’s economy increased by 2,500 jobs in December while the unemployment rate increased to 4.2%.
In this region, Asotin County’s unemployment rate is 4.0%; Whitman County’s is 4.5%; Garfield County’s December rate is 6.5%; and Columbia County’s is 5.2%.
