CLARKSTON, WA – Do you have some Clarkston Bantams apparel that you would consider donating? Ryan Newhouse, a 23-year teaching veteran at Clarkston High School, says last spring he teamed up with his daughter, Sienna (a Junior), for the “Bantam Corner” and began collecting school-related garments for students to wear to show their school pride.
Initially they received 300 to 400 pieces of Bantams apparel.
Newhouse says they do not take financial donations.
Newhouse says some of the items which have been donated are quite vintage.
If you would like to donate to the Bantam Corner, just drop off gently-used or new Clarkston Bantams apparel in the high school office; contact Newhouse at CHS and he can pick up the item(s); and they are also hoping to have a table at a future sporting event to allow drop-0ffs.
