NWS: Snow Showers Through Thursday Night With Addt’l Heavy Snow Saturday

SPOKANE, WA – The National Weather Service says snow showers will roll into the Inland Northwest this evening and there is a potential for more widespread significant snowfall on Saturday.

through Friday Columbia Basin, The Palouse, Eastern WA, Northern ID Heaviest snow will fall Thursday evening. Winter driving conditions with impacts especially to the Thursday evening commute. Periods of light to moderate snow.
Heavy Snow
Confidence: High
Fri Night – Sun Morning Mountains and Lowlands of Eastern WA and Northern ID High confidence in the occurrence of snow. Moderate confidence on timing and amounts. Round of moderate to heavy snow from late Friday through early Sunday for most of the mountains and lowlands of Eastern WA and Northern ID. Travel will be impacted.
