OLYMPIA, WA – Washington State county unemployment rates and employment data for October 2022 were released today. The Employment Security Department says Asotin County’s October unemployment rate is 3.1%; Columbia County’s is 3.9%; Garfield County’s unemployment rate is 5.0%; and Whitman County’s is 3.5%. The rates are not seasonally adjusted.

The overall October rate for Washington State is 3.7%. Nationally, unemployment is also 3.7%.
