The American Automobile Association is predicting an uptick in the number of people traveling over the Labor Day Holiday weekend.
Matthew Conde with the Idaho Chapter of AAA says travelers should be prepared for crowds whether in route or at destinations.
Idaho’s current average price for a gallon of regular gas is $4.56. Motorists in Boise are paying the highest average price at $4.68, while Lewiston has the state’s lowest average price at $4.01 per gallon.
