Voters have approved a $495,000 supplemental maintenance and operations levy in the Salmon River Joint School District with 60 percent voting yes.
$417,000 will be used for salaries, benefits, a supplemental insurance plan for teachers, coaches, support staff, and stipends; $25,000 will be used for extracurricular services, including field trips, athletic buses, and utilities; and $53,000 will go toward technology and classroom materials, including the purchase of services like the Idaho Digital Learning Academy.
