Officials with the Idaho Lottery will be at Webster Elementary in Lewiston this Thursday to present a “Wish List” gift to one of it’s teachers.

The Idaho Lottery was created to benefit Idaho public schools. One of the Lottery’s community-based, “Do Good” initiatives is Classroom Wishlist. Each month, public school teachers submit proposals to the Idaho Lottery for items they need to improve education in their classroom. With the help of their VIP Club players, the Lottery awards up to $10,000 in projects each month to classrooms across Idaho.

One of this month’s recipients is first grade classroom teacher Jamessa Williams at Webster Elementary in Lewiston who will receive new digital learning resources for her students.

The presentation will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Webster, located at 1409 8th Street in Lewiston.
