Lewiston police have arrested 81-year-old Kay Morrison and her 54-year-old daughter Kimberly Morrison, for the murder of Kenneth Morrison; the father of Kimberly and ex-husband of Kay Morrison.
The arrest took place following the execution of a search warrant on the Morrison’s home on the 1100 block of Harvest Road in Lewiston early yesterday (Tue) morning.
According to an LPD news release, detectives began investigating the two women after the disappearance of 87-year-old Kenneth Morrison in March. Investigators learned that Kenneth had not been seen since January.
Kay and Kimberly Morrison were taken into custody after being interviewed by detectives for the murder of Kenneth Morrison.
Lewiston police were aided in the investigation by an FBI Evidence Recovery Team, Idaho State Police, and the Quad Cities Drug Task Force.
