Former Lewis-Clark State standout Seth Brown recorded 4 hits, including a homerun for Oakland in a doubleheader split with the Tigers yesterday (Thur) in Oakland.
Brown connected for his team-leading 11 homer of the season in the first game, which the A’s lost 7-2. He added two hits and a run scored in Oakland’s 5-0 shutout in the second game.
Brown is hitting .223 and is tied with teammate Sean Murphy for the team lead in runs-batted-in with 39.
