Sam Haggerty had three hits, including a homerun and drove in two in leading the Seattle Mariners to a 6-2 win over the Padres in San Diego yesterday (Tue).
J.P. Crawford added a two-run triple as the M’s extended their win streak to four.
On the mound, Logan Gilbert improved to 10-3 on the year. The righthander allowed one earned run on 6 hits over 5 1/3 innings.
The Mariners have today (Wed) off before hosting Toronto in a four-game series beginning tomorrow(Thurs) night at T-Mobile Park.
