Mariners struggle in setback to Baltimore

Anthony Santander hit one of Baltimore’s 5 homeruns and drove in 3 as the Orioles beat the Seattle Mariners 9-2 last night (Mon) in the opening game of a three-game series at T-Mobile Park.

Baltimore pitcher Tyler Wells was dominant. The big righty allowed one run on one hit in five innings

Mariner righthander George Kirby struggled – allowing 7 earned runs on 9 hits – including 4 homers, in 4 innings on the mound.

Cal Raleigh homered and Engenio Suarez added an RBI double in the loss for Seattle.

Game two of the series gets underway at 7:10 tonight (Tue) at T-Mobile Park with live coverage in the LC Valley on 93.1 FM and 1350 AM KRLC and in the upper Clearwater Valley on AM 1300 KLER.
