Warriors slip to #5 in latest NAIA national poll

The Lewis-Clark State baseball team slipped one spot to #5 in the latest NAIA National Top-25 Poll.

The Warriors won 6 of their 7 games in between national rankings, with their lone loss coming a 10 inning one-run game against the College of Idaho.

The top-3 stayed the same with Southeastern of Florida holding down the #1 spot, followed by Tennessee Wesleyan and Louisiana State – Shreveport. Oklahoma City moved up to #4 and LC rounds out the top-5.

The Warriors, who are 41-4 on the year, travel to Klamath Falls, Oregon for their final regular season road trip this weekend. The four game Cascade Conference series will feature doubleheaders both Saturday and Sunday with game times both days set for 11 a.m. with live coverage on FM 95.1 and AM 950 KOZE and streaming free online at koze.com.
