Health officials in north central Idaho and southeastern Washington reported another record high in the number of coronavirus cases Saturday through Monday with 733 combined.
In north central Idaho: Latah County had the highest number of new infections with 171; Nez Perce County added 140; Idaho County saw it’s number of new cases climb by 24; and Clearwater County and Lewis County each reported 21 new COVID infections over the three-day period.
In southeastern Washington: Whitman County had the region’s largest number of new virus cases with 253; Asotin County added 98; and Garfield County reported 5 new infections.
There were no COVID-related deaths reported over the three-day period. (Lewiston Tribune)
