On Thursday Lewis Clark Credit Union will be delivering over 700 hams to local food agencies.
The donations will be divided between the Idaho Food Bank and Community Action Food Bank in Lewiston, the Life Line Food Bank in Orofino, the Asotin County Food Bank in Clarkston, and the Pomeroy Food Bank.
During LCCU’s 2021 Ham-a-Palooza food drive, thanks to the generosity of credit union members, employees, and local businesses, LCCU was able to match community donations for an estimated total of $11,000 in hams and cash donations to fill local food banks in time for the holidays.
LCCU’s Ham-a-Palooza is held annually from November 1st through December 15th.
