A Moscow man was killed following a head-on collision last night (Sun) along U.S. Highway 95 near New Meadows.
Idaho State Police say the unidentified man was driving south in a 2010 Mazda 5 at just after 7 p.m. at mile marker 164 when the vehicle collided head-on with a 2015 Freightliner tractor that was pulling a flatbed trailer as it traveled north.
The Moscow man was ejected from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Freightliner, a 40-year-old man from Clinton, Utah, was taken by ground ambulance to a hospital where his condition was not released. (Idaho State Police)
