Regional health officials reported a combined 135 new coronavirus infections Monday.
In north central Idaho: Nez Perce County had 25 new cases; Latah County’s numbers rose by 28; there were 10 new infections in Idaho County; Clearwater County added 2; and Lewis County reported 4 new COVID cases.
In southeastern Washington: Whitman County had the region’s highest number of new infections with 40; Asotin County added 23 new cases; and Garfield County reported 3 new coronavirus infections.
There were no COVID-related deaths reported in the region on Monday. (Lewiston Tribune)
