Health officials in the region reported a combined 137 new coronavirus infections Thursday.
In north central Idaho: Nez Perce County reported 36 new COVID cases; Latah County added 12 new infections; Idaho County’s numbers rose by 14; Clearwater County added 12 new cases; and Lewis County reported one new virus case.
In southeastern Washington: Whitman County had the region’s highest number of new infections with 38; and Asotin County reported 23 new virus cases.
There were no COVID-related deaths reported in the region Thursday. (Lewiston Tribune)
