The preliminary hearings for a father and son charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a Lewiston man last month have been delayed for a second time.
Proceedings for 42-year-old Clyde Ewing and his son, 16-year old Demetri Ewing, were to take place today (Wed) in Lewiston’s Nez Perce County Magistrate Court.
The hearings, which were previously delayed, are now scheduled to take place next Wednesday afternoon.
The Ewings have been charged with the Jan. 8th shooting death of Samuel Johns at his home on Seventh Avenue. (Lewiston Tribune)
