The Lewis-Clark State baseball team is ranked 24th in the NAIA National Pre-Season Top-25 Coaches Poll.
The Warriors, who were ranked just outside the top-25 when the 2020 pandemic-shortened season ended, received 144 points in the pre-season rankings.
LC went 15-5 and was 10-2 in Cascade Conference games a year ago.
The Warriors return the vast majority of last season’s squad, including its seniors, who were granted an additional year of eligibility due to the pandemic.
LC has already been picked as the favorite to win the conference by the league coaches and will target a late January or early February start to the 2021 season.
