Lewis-Clark State College will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the Schweitzer Career & Technical Education Center on Oct. 23rd.
The ceremony will be held in the main parking lot of the new CTE center, located in the Lewiston Orchards at 2947 Cecil Andrus Way, and will be fully compliant with the college’s coronavirus safety protocols, with face coverings and physical distancing required for all attendees. A virtual tour of the facility will be available the day of the event online at www.lcsc.edu for those who are unable to attend.
The event will begin at 9 a.m. and feature a number of special guests and speakers, including Idaho Gov. Brad Little, Lt. Gov. Janice McGeachin, State Board of Education President Debbie Critchfield, Idaho Division of Career & Technical Education Administrator Clay Long, Lewis-Clark State President Cynthia Pemberton, and former LCSC president Tony Fernandez. Guided, protocol compliant tours led by LC college students will run from 10 a.m.-noon.
