Tri State Memorial Hospital confirmed two coronavirus-related deaths at its Clarkston facility, both of whom were Nez Perce County residents over the age of 90. One of the deaths was previously reported by Public Health-Idaho North Central District, due to the patient’s place of residence. As of Saturday, there have been no new cases in the district, and the total number of confirmed cases there remains five-four in Nez Perce County and one in Idaho County. So far, no Asotin County or Garfield County residents have tested positive for the virus, though Whitman County received another positive COVID-19 test result Saturday, bringing that county’s total number to six.  Meanwhile, health officials now say 310 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Idaho, and as of Monday morning, the state’s death toll stands at 6. Blaine County reports the highest number of cases with 115, followed by Ada County with 113. State health experts say the average age of Idahoans who have tested positive for coronavirus is 49 years old. Three cases have appeared in children younger than 18, more than 150 cases in people ages 18-to-49, and about 150 cases in people 50 years or older. More than 47-hundred people have now been tested for the virus in either state or commercial laboratories. (Lewiston Tribune, Idaho Statesman)
