No injuries in Lewiston Orchards house fire

No one was injured in a Lewiston Orchards house fire Tuesday morning. According to the Lewiston Fire Department, crews responded to the blaze in the 36-hundred block of 14thh Street at just before 11 AM to find heavy black smoke coming from the structure, and wind pushing the fire out the rear of the home. Crews attacked the fire with hose lines and had it under control in less than 15 minutes. There was no one in the home at the time of the fire, the cause of which was determined to be a refrigerator in the kitchen. The fire caused an estimated 150-thousand dollars in damage to the home and contents. (Lewiston Fire Department)
