Idaho farmers have about a month left to nominate a school for a 15-thousand dollar STEM grant. Idaho farmers can nominate any local rural public school for the grants which are designed to enhance Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math education through the 2020 Grow Rural Education program. The program, sponsored by the Bayer Fund, has awarded more than 18 million dollars to more than 1-thousand schools nationwide since the program began in 2011. The deadline for farmers to nominate their school district is April 1st, and they can do so online at americasfarmers.com. (idahonews.com)
