Enrollment for kindergarten in the Lewiston School District takes place this month. Parents of children turning 5 years of age on or before September 1st can enroll their child for kindergarten on Tuesday, March 17th, from 7 AM to 2:30 PM at the Centennial Elementary School Library at 815 Burrell Avenue; and Wednesday, March 18, from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitman Elementary School Library, 1840 9th Avenue. While the child’s presence is not necessary, parents are required to show the original birth certificate from the child’s birth state, and current immunization records, as well as proof of residency.
