Warrior basketball teams remain ranked among nation’s top-25

Both Lewis-Clark State College basketball teams remain ranked among the NAIA National Top-25 Coaches’ Poll.

The Warrior men, who are 15-and-1, moved up one spot to #12 after opening Frontier Conference play with two convincing road victories. The LC men are one of three Frontier teams in the rankings – Providence slipped one spot to #8, while Carroll jumped 14 spots to #9.

Meanwhile, the Warrior women dropped 12 spots to #25. At 9-and-5, the LC women are one of five Frontier Conference teams in the poll. Carroll is ranked 17th, Montana State – Northern is 18th, Rocky Mountain is at #20, and Montana Western is ranked 22nd.

Both Warrior teams are home this week for a pair of league games – Thursday evening at 5:30 against MSU-Northern and Saturday afternoon at 2pm with Providence at the Activity Center.  All four games will be broadcast live on AM 950 KOZE and streamed free of charge on www.koze.com.   (KOZE Sports)
