Following the fastest race of his career, Lewis-Clark State junior Cole Olsen has been named the NAIA National Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.

Olsen finished the Inland Empire Championships with a time of 23:42 on Saturday and finished fifth overall as the top NAIA runner. His time was a personal-best, as well as the second best time in the 8k in program history. He finished ahead of every NCAA Division I runner in the race.
Warrior Cross Country heads to the Frontier Conference Championships in Billings, Montana on November 8th. The NAIA Cross Country National Championships will be held on November 22nd in Vancouver, Washington. (LC State Athletics)
