A Lewiston man was hospitalized following a single-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon.
According to Lewiston Police, 75-year-old Robert Bayless was traveling east on the 1400 block of 16th avenue in Lewiston when the 2008 Acura he was driving left the south side of the road. The vehicle crashed through a wooden fence and a yard before crossing 15th street and colliding with a house at 1502 16th avenue before rolling onto its top.
Bayless was transported to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston where his condition is unknown. No other injuries were reported.
16th avenue was closed for a bout 3 hours during the investigation.
