Former Idaho Democratic Party Executive Director Elle Casner will return to that post this week after another hire for the position lasted just two days.
Casner has been with the IDP since February 2015 as Chief Financial Officer and then as Executive Director from November 2017 to this past March. She remained with the party as a Senior Advisor, and was serving in that role when the party hired Dave Trotter, a Democratic operative from Illinois, as its new executive director on September 4th.
However, he was terminated two days later for unknown reasons. Casner returns as director on Thursday. (Idaho Democratic Party)
