Residents of Elk River and the surrounding area can expect a power outage from 10 p.m. Wednesday night to 4 a.m. Thursday morning as Avista Utilities performs scheduled infrastructure upgrades.
More than 250 customers will be affected by the disruption in service. Customers who will be involved will be notified.
In conjunction with outage, some areas of state Highway 8 will be reduced to one lane as crews complete their work. (Lewiston Tribune)
