Both Lewis-Clark State basketball teams lost ground in the latest NAIA Top-25 rankings.
The Warrior men, who snapped a three-game losing streak over the weekend, fell six spots to #16. The men are 14-4 overall and remain the second-highest rated Frontier Conference team behind 4th-ranked Carroll College.
Meanwhile, the LC women dropped two spots to #18 after suffering back-to-back home losses to ranked opponents last week.
The women, who are 13-4 overall, are one of five Frontier Conference teams in the rankings. Montana Western is ranked 3rd, followed by Carroll at #8, Rocky Mountain at #17 and Providence at #20.
Both LC teams return to the Activity Center Thursday when they host Providence in Frontier Conference action. The women’s game tips-off at 5:30pm with the men’s game to follow and live coverage on AM 950 KOZE and online at koze.com.
