An Idaho judge says psychologists can have jailhouse access to a man accused of a knife attack at a Boise apartment complex.

30-year-old Timmy Kinner is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the stabbing death of a 3-year-old girl, and faces charges of aggravated battery in connection with the June 30th attack that injured eight others.

Authorities say Kinner was kicked out of the apartments thee day prior and the attack was an act of revenge.

A Fourth District Court Magistrate Judge last week granted a request from Kinner’s defense attorneys to allow psychologists visit with the defendant in jail.

On Monday, the judge postponed Kinner’s preliminary hearing until August 14th. (AP)
