A Lewiston man has been charged for allegedly raping an unconscious woman, videotaping the incident and posting it online.

Cunningham has a prior misdemeanor domestic violence conviction against the same alleged victim.
Rape is punishable by at least one year and up to life in prison. Video voyeurism carries a punishment of up to life in prison. Forcible penetration with a foreign object is punishable by up to five years in prison. (Lewiston Tribune)
