Despite putting together their longest winning streak of the season, the Lewis-Clark State baseball team moved up just one spot to #17 in the latest NAIA National Top-25 Poll.
The Warriors, who’ve won 8 in-a-row, are now 27-12 overall.
Oklahoma City moved up a spot to claim the #1 ranking. Faulkner of Alabama is 2nd, followed by Oklahoma Wesleyan, Bellevue of Nebraska and Central Methodist of Missouri rounds out the top-5.
LC plays its final NAIA West home series this weekend against in-state rival College of Idaho.
Friday’s opening game gets underway at 6:15pm following the ceremony to officially dedicate Ed Cheff Stadium.
