The Lewis-Clark State baseball team is hitting the road to Southern California to open the season.
The top-ranked Warriors will open the season at 8th ranked Westmont on Saturday, February 4th, before meeting Antelope Valley on Sunday, February 5, 20th ranked Vanguard on Monday, February 6th and 11th ranked Master’s on Tuesday, February 7th.
With the field conditions still not up to par, the Warriors were forced to cancel the Guardian Plumbing, Heating & A/C Tournament on February 10th-through-12th. Makeup dates with the teams involved have not yet been determined.
The Warriors will have to wait an extra week, if weather permits, to kick off their home games. Currently LC is scheduled to take on Central Washington on February 18thh at Harris Field.
