The 2019 American Legion Northwest Regional Baseball Tournament begins Wednesday, August 7th at Harris Field inside Ed Cheff Stadium in Lewiston.
Eight teams from Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming will compete in the double-elimination tournament with the winner securing a berth into the American Legion World Series in Shelby, North Carolina August 15-20.
Four games will be played Wednesday. At 10am Juneau, Alaska will meet Medford, Oregon in game one. Game two at 1pm features Bozeman, Montana against Lakeside Recovery of Bellevue, Washington. Game three at 4:30pm pits Cody, Wyoming with Idaho Falls. The Lewis-Clark Twins will face Kennewick, Washington in game four at 7:30pm.
Live coverage of all games will be available free of charge at koze.com. Additionally, all Lewis-Clark Twins games and the regional championship game will be broadcast live locally on AM 950 KOZE.
